Member Verification & Credentials Protocol

• Official ID Format: All verified delegates, central executives, and district members are issued a unique PFDL ID formatted as PFDL-XXXX (e.g., PFDL-1001).

• Real-Time Status Check: Entering an ID into the search widget displays one of the following statuses:

  - ACTIVE / VERIFIED: The member is registered in the official ledger and authorized for organizational activities.

  - RECORD NOT FOUND / UNDER REVIEW: The ID is not present in the system or the application is currently under review.

• Official Disclaimer: Status displayed on the online portal (pfdlmembers.online) serves as the sole official verification source. The Central Secretariat assumes no liability for unauthorized physical badges or fraudulent letterheads.

Expression of Interest (EOI) & Membership Rules

• Eligibility Criteria: Any citizen of Pakistan committed to democratic values, civic rights, and accountability may apply via the EOI submission form.

• District & Youth Chapters: Cabinet applications for the Faisalabad Chapter and provincial divisions are formally evaluated by the Central Secretariat Scrutiny Committee.

• Document Verification: Providing valid CNIC and contact details is mandatory. Providing false information or misrepresentation will result in immediate cancellation of membership.

Organizational Code of Conduct

• Public & Media Representation: No member may issue press releases, official policy statements, or legal notices without explicit approval from the Central Secretariat.

• Digital Identity & Branding: Members must strictly maintain official branding decorum on social media platforms using Emerald Green (#004D25) and Metallic Gold (#D4AF37).

• Disciplinary Oversight: The State Accountability Council reserves full authority to conduct disciplinary audits and suspend membership in cases of policy non-compliance.

Official Secretariat Assets & Usage Policy

• Official Downloads: Official letterheads, rules of procedure, and digital badges are strictly accessible via the private repository for authorized members only.

• Zero Tolerance on Misuse: Unauthorized or illegal use of the official PFDL letterhead, seal, or digital assets will lead to immediate legal prosecution and disciplinary action.

Article I: Constitutional Supremacy & Legal Compliance

1. Supreme Law of the Land: The Pakistan Federal Democratic League (PFDL) and every registered member shall strictly adhere to the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (1973) and all applicable state laws.

2. Zero Illegal Activity: No member is permitted to conduct unauthorized rallies, public gatherings, or unlawful activities using the official name or banner of PFDL.

Article II: Respect for State Institutions, Government & Armed Forces (Zero Tolerance Policy)

1. Protection of State Dignity: Under no circumstances shall the PFDL platform be used for anti-state propaganda, defamation, or derogatory remarks against the Government of Pakistan, Armed Forces, Judiciary, or State Institutions.

2. Reporting to Agencies & Legal Handover: If any member is found engaging in malicious acts, propaganda, or misconduct targeting the Pakistan Armed Forces, Government, or State Agencies:

   • Their membership will be IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED and permanently revoked.

   • Their complete personal records (including CNIC, Contact Data, and Submissions) will be IMMEDIATELY TRANSMITTED to the relevant institution/security agency.

   • The offender will be handed over to Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) for legal prosecution under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) and State Cyber Laws.

Article III: Membership & Age Criteria

1. No Age Restriction: Membership in PFDL has NO AGE LIMIT. Any patriotic citizen of Pakistan who subscribes to democratic accountability and civic principles is eligible to apply.

2. Mandatory Credentialing: Every active member must possess a valid PFDL Identification Number (PFDL-XXXX). Unverified entries will not be recognized for official party representation.

Article IV: Financial Transparency & Anti-Fraud Regulations

1. Prohibition of Unauthorized Collections: No member or delegate is authorized to collect donations, membership fees, or public funds under the PFDL name without explicit written authorization from the Central Secretariat.

2. Fraud & Misrepresentation: Any attempt to misuse the organization's identity for financial extortion or fraud will result in immediate registration of criminal proceedings (FIR).

Article V: Intellectual Property & Asset Usage Policy

1. Official Asset Controls: Official Letterheads, Digital Badges, Executive Seals, and Press Templates remain the exclusive property of the Central Secretariat.

2. Forgery Warning: Unauthorized replication, editing, or misuse of PFDL credentials will incur instant expulsion and legal prosecution.

Article VI: Digital Media & Cyber Decorum

1. Responsible Online Conduct: The dissemination of fake news, hate speech, or harassment on social media platforms is strictly prohibited.

2. Official Branding Decorum: Members must uphold official representation using PFDL corporate branding colors — Emerald Green (#004D25) and Metallic Gold (#D4AF37).
